Supervision for Companies and Volunteer Teams

Regular supervisions can sustainably contribute to employee health, employee retention, and quality development.

Systemic individual and team supervision assists teams in reflecting on their interaction, getting to know each other better, strengthening their resources, gaining new perspectives on the specific challenges in their respective work context, expanding their options for action, and developing motivating visions for the future together. Systemic Supervision. A depiction of team supervision

The team membreceive a protected, extraordinary framework here that allows for reflection, introspection, and contemplation, because unlike usual, there is no immediate pressure to act.

This way, valuable dedigitalized “active break moments” are created, where something new can develop and joyful creativity finds fertile ground. ( Citation: , S. 8ff (). Nichts Tun. Beck. )

This can lead to more clarity in internal team communication and to individually and situationally more appropriate problem solutions. The individual supervision with its personal, individual focus, supports capable and motivated teams with all their diversity. ( Vgl.  Citation: , S. 1 ().
