Workshop Content

In my workshops, depending on the thematic orientation, elements from yoga and trauma-sensitive bodywork, systemic-biographical reflection, as well as creative writing and design are offered in an easily accessible way even for people with no prior experience.

Through extraordinary creative activities in a prepared, safe framework with enough time for slowness, individual rhythm, intensive perception, and simple enjoyment, creates an easier access to so-called flow experiences for more joy in experiencing the moment. Klett-Cotta. ) Important elements are silence and mindfulness, to listen inward, to “clear your head,” and to create an expanded space for one’s own further development. In the workshops, the focus is on “play” instead of “work”—a mindful, deeply engaged activity without pressure for results, aimed at the immediate experience in the here and now. Workshop Goals

"From everyday life into a wellness break: Workshops and retreats offer a small break amidst daily turbulence, structures, and commitments. Pausing is worthwhile. The workshops support you in:

Duration and location of the workshops or retreats are variable between two hours and three days, both indoors and outdoors in nature. The different contents can be adapted to the respective needs. Recognition as educational leave is possible upon request!
